That, of course, is from an independent perspective.
However, when a little organizational science is applied to the construction, a different alignment comes into place.
It should be obvious that to complete a task at a certain level of proficiency, a requirement of several, if not more tasks must be completed in conjunction with the timeliness of the overall plan in a reasonable and coordinated budgetary process.
So the objectivity drives the interest in the task of the To-Do statements to be realistic and obtainable. In other words, we can not expect that a wishful end result is even possible, if we do not know what the realistic To-Do's are to build out the completion of an coordinating objective statement.
So if we have an end result in mind, we must construct the necessary activities to achieve it.
In the process, we validate a well-written objective statement that has just the right features to complete its purpose.
